Sister State Agreement

A brother-state relationship is a formal declaration of friendship between two regions, states or nations. Such an agreement is a symbol of mutual goodwill and thus promotes bilateral cooperation. Here, a partnership agreement between Telangana and New Jersey was signed Wednesday in Hyderabad. Telangana Secretary of State SK Joshi and New Jersey Stae Governor Phil Murphy signed the agreement in the presence of MAUD and Computer Minister KT Rama Rao. Murphy has expressed interest in cooperation with Gujarat in the financial and pharmaceutical services, IT, real estate and commercial sectors.
